MG1 ATHLETE
DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY
NEURO PERFORMANCE TRAINING FOR EVERY STAGE OF THE ATHLETE JOURNEY
At the MG1 Neuro Performance Centre, athletes don't just train harder - they learn to process faster, stay calmer, make better decisions and perform with greater consistency.
Our pathway supports athletes from their first steps into performance training through to serious competition, with
age-appropriate cognitive-perceptual training, nervous system regulation, decision-making work and performance habits.

THE PATHWAY

ONE SYSTEM. DIFFERENT STAGES. CLEAR PROGRESSION.
The MG1 Athlete Development Pathway is built around four core stages. Each stage develops the same core foundations -
attention, awareness, decision-making, regulation and performance habits - but with the level of complexity, pressure and responsibility matched to the athlete's age and stage.

HOW THE PATHWAY WORKS
TRUST THE BRAIN.
MEASURE THE RESPONSE.
BUILD THE ATHLETE.
At MG1, athlete development is not guesswork. We use structured cognitive-perceptual training, performance data and individual athlete profiling to understand how each athlete processes information, responds under pressure and maintains performance consistency.
WHICH PROGRAM IS RIGHT?
NOT SURE WHERE YOUR
ATHLETE FITS?
Rather than focusing solely on technical skill, the MG1 pathway develops the cognitive, perceptual and self-regulation abilities that underpin performance, helping athletes improve how they see the game, process information, make decisions and perform under pressure as they progress through their sporting career.
If you're unsure which program is the best fit for you or your athlete, get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss their current age, experience and goals before recommending the most appropriate starting point.
